‘Fantastic Substances and where to find them’ is part of ‘Más allá de la Ciencia’, the original scientific TV show of the Universidad Vearcuzana.

In this section, Dr. Oscar García presents engaging storytelling to explain fun chemistry experiments using fantastic substances, as found in iconic films: from how to form clouds to create a realistic-looking aerial battle scene as seen in The Aviator, to the chemical composition of colorful fireworks used in V for Vendetta, and how to perform the Wingardium leviosa spell from Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.
