Más allá de la Ciencia

Second season, 2017

“Más allá de la Ciencia” (Beyond Science, second season) encompasses all sources of knowledge, from Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) to the liberal arts and social sciences. Its goal is to highlight the human side of scientists, making science more accessible and relatable to everyone.

The second season consists of 12 episodes, each lasting 22 minutes, in which scientists from the Universidad Veracruzana demonstrate that science not only serves to explain complex situations but also to address common issues, such as our happiness.

“Más allá de la Ciencia” works closely with researchers and students from the Universidad Veracruzana, with the shared goal of fostering a strong sense of community and improving communication channels for the effective dissemination of scientific findings to the people of Veracruz. Through this collaboration, we strive to bridge the gap between academia and society and to promote a deeper understanding of the important role that science plays in our daily lives.
