Health breaks in academic workspaces, 2013

These series of physical activity sessions are designed to be conducted in the workplace, with a minimum duration of 10 minutes. These sessions include cardiovascular adaptation, muscle strengthening, and flexibility improvement exercises. By participating in these sessions, workers at the Universidad Veracruzana can improve their overall physical health and reduce the risks associated with occupational performance.
This program was created in collaboration with the Comprehensive Health Care System (Sistema de Atención Integral a la Salud) of the Universidad Veracruzana.
